I love coupons. I have come to the conclusion that I am not in any way meant for extreme couponing because I lack the dedication it takes to search out sales on a weekly basis for free items. Although I am not there with it I do get super excited when I get them. Currently I have two $2 off coupons for Gain Fireworks or Downy Scent Booster for the laundry, since I make my own laundry it's scent free and these are the perfect addition.
1. Gain smells insanely good
2. Wal-Mart takes coupons
3. I would be a fool not to get these
Purex ones smell good too but no coupon so no purex. If I had one or it I would be getting it too. I am so amped to see how strong of a scent will be left behind. Since I will be doing my usual Saturday laundry I will be snagging these babies up in the morning.
I will be posting my laundry powder recipe soon for those of you who want to know it.

Spring in New England
Spring in New England. Yeah. I don't know about spring weather anywhere else but this year it's beautiful during the day and nearly freezing at night. My husband is allergy free so far and hopefully stays that way. I on the other hand got allergies for the first time last year and they came back with a vengeance this year.
The upside to spring is the pretty flowers and nice clear days, when its not raining. I can't wait for us to head into Vermont this year. The beautiful scenery and the maple syrup and help me the penuche and maple candy. One mistake I made was thinking I have to have that and buying a maple flavored soda. That is an unforgettable experience since it tasted lousy. I'm sure someone out there loves it but my palate is not that bad off.
Seeing how I do this after I get home from work and it's 2:32 am I'm heading off to bed.

Newly Wed in Frugal Beginnings
I am finally Mrs. T lol which is hilarious to me since I absolutely loved Mr. T when I was a kid. Well I'm more of a Mrs. G-T but close enough.
So a little about me I am Brenda wife to the Amazing Greg. I am the youngest of 4 children, I am also a hobbyist. I have a habit of picking up new hobbies. Maybe this comes from being an introvert for most of my life or probably more likely from my unwavering desire to self entertain which is odd considering I have 3 siblings.
In 30 years I have managed to go from being extremely shy to becoming more of a person who lives a Tough Sh*t lifestyle. I'm not saying I have no empathy I'm quite the opposite. I've just come to the conclusion either you take me for the person I am or back up turn around and head out that door. There's no time in life to be stressed out and anxiety ridden because of another person.
I met the love of my life just over 3 years ago. We are 3 month's in to our marriage and it's awesome. We have no children yet although we would love to have some one day. I am 30 he is 25 which means he's still in prime baby making form and I'm starting to run out of time lol 31 is 2 month's away. I know I know. I still have time right? Did I mention I'm very overweight so it hinders my chances of getting pregnant? Yeah. I'm trying to lose weight in fact Mr. T is trying with me.
We have decided to try becoming as frugal as we can but we're taking small steps. I make our own laundry soap and hand soap. 95% of our baked goods are made from scratch right here in our kitchen by Moi. I haven't forayed into yeast bread yet although it's more of a not making the time to do it thing. When I get the nerve to canning is on our agenda to be a bit more frugal.
There you have it the person behind the name. Me. I'll answer any question's you've got just ask away.
